Les conseils de Camus MIMB ont interjeté appel de la décision rendue hier par le tribunal de Première Instance de Douala Bonanjo statuant en matière de flagrants délits. la décision rendue ne reflète pas les débats au cours de cette audience. Par cette décision, il appert tout simplement que les règles processuelles, le code pénal et la loi sur la cybercriminalité ont été allègrement violés par le collège de magistrats.

Il appartiendra alors à la Cour d’Appel de définir la notion de complicité dans le cadre de la divulgation des photos de la victime, de démontrer en quoi consiste la complicité dans le cadre de l’atteinte à l’intimité de la vie.

The counsels of Camus MIMB have appealed the decision rendered yesterday by the Court of First Instance of Douala Bonanjo ruling in the matter of ‘flagrante delicto’. the decision rendered does not reflect the debates expressed during the hearing. by this decision, it quite simply appears that the procedural rules, the penal code and the law on cybercrimes have been blithely violated by the college of magistrates.

It will be up to the Court of Appeal to define the notion of complicity in the context of the disclosure of the photos of the victim, to demonstrate what complicity consists of in the context of the violation of privacy.
